Change

God never changes, but he changes his people. In this message, Dustin Losey preaches from 2 Corinthians 5:17 and Malachi 3:6, then walks through the lives of Abraham, Joseph, Moses, David, Ruth, Peter, and Paul.

Each one went through change that hurt. Abraham left what was familiar. Joseph sat in a pit. Moses spent years in the wilderness. David waited in the gap between the promise and the throne. Along the way, some people walked away and some doors closed.

Change often hurts before it makes sense. But hidden does not mean forgotten, and the wilderness is not outside God's will.

Maybe you are staring at an empty chair, asking why someone left. Maybe you are standing outside a door God has closed. Take the first step. It won't be easy, but the promise is still where God put it.
