Who Speaks for You?

Jun 21, 2026    Isaiah Wilson

One day your name will be called before the Great White Throne. The record will be real — every chapter, every failure, every hidden thing. The question won't be whether the record is accurate. The question will be who speaks for you.

This message traces a thread from Zechariah 3, where Joshua the high priest stands before God in filthy garments with Satan ready to make his case, to 1 John 2:1, where the apostle John tells us we have an Advocate with the Father — Jesus Christ the righteous. He advocates not on the basis of your record, but on the basis of his own. And right now, at the right hand of the Father, he is interceding for you.

But an advocate represents those who remain with him. This message also asks the honest question: are you still his?
