Spectator, Participator, or Agitator?
There are three kinds of people in church: the spectator, the participator, and the agitator.
Psalm 150 closes out the entire book of Psalms with one word, hallelujah. After everything David walked through, exile, war, his own failures, that's how he summed up his life. This message looks at what it means to actually live that out.
Spectators show up to watch. They can end up criticizing, and their eyes drift off what matters. Participators keep a church running. They pray, they fast, they show up. But agitators go further. They stir things up. Hebrews 10:24 calls us to provoke one another to love and good works, and that's exactly what an agitator does.
Don't be the one who walks away right before God does something bigger. Get in your praise.
