Revelation Pt 46 The Great White Throne Judgment

Jun 16, 2026    Isaiah Wilson

This sermon walks through Revelation 20:11–15, the account of the Great White Throne Judgment — the final scene in Revelation 20 and one of the most sobering passages in all of Scripture.

The dragon is gone. The beast and false prophet are in the lake of fire. The rebellion is over. But one scene remains: every person who has ever lived standing before a great white throne. The books are opened. And everything comes to its permanent conclusion.

The passage raises the most direct question any human being will ever face: is your name written in the Lamb's Book of Life? Not whether you've been a good person, attended church, or lived a religious life — but whether your name is in that book.

Even in this weighty passage, grace is still on the page. The Judge on the throne is not a stranger. He is the Lamb who was slain — the One who entered the world He is now judging, and who stands before the Father as advocate for everyone whose name is written in His book.
